5 Steps to Success
1. Set a Goal
Work out your goal and the best way to achieve it. Plan a timeline and research details such as location, staff, budget and other essential requirements.
2. Get in Touch
Register your event and let us know about your proposed fundraising activity. Once approved, you will be issued a Letter of Authority allowing you to proceed with your event on behalf of Melbourne Legacy.
3. Promote
It is important to get your message out there and get as many people involved as possible. We can assist with marketing material and ideas on promoting your event.
4. Plan Your Event
Create a schedule for the day of your event. Let us know if you need any help. Don’t forget to enjoy yourself and take plenty of photos.
5. Evaluate
Think about what worked and what didn’t. This will help you to plan for next time. Most importantly, thank everyone involved not forgetting yourself! Everyone needs to be acknowledged.
