Family Day to Cirque du Soleil’s KOOZA

Recently, many Melbourne Legacy families came together for a memorable afternoon under the big top, enjoying the spectacular Cirque du Soleil's KOOZA at Flemington Racecourse.
Over 70 of our beneficiaries shared in the excitement of the world-renowned production, experiencing everything from breathtaking acrobatics to jaw-dropping stunts. While the incredible performance was undoubtedly a highlight, it was the opportunity to connect with one another before and after the show that made the day especially meaningful.
For many of our beneficiaries, family days like these are about much more than a fun outing. They provide a welcoming space to build friendships, share experiences, and strengthen the sense of community that is at the heart of Melbourne Legacy.

Both my boys were completely amazed by the whole event, and we had to call Granny on the way home to tell her all about it. The fact they both sat still for the duration and both asked, 'Oh no, is it over?' at the end speaks volumes. Without Legacy we wouldn't be able to fund once-in-a-lifetime childhood memories like this."
